- R290 refrigeration and condenser cleaning. The sealed R290 system pulls heat out through the cold plate, and the salt air off the bay clogs Millbrae condensers faster than most. When airflow drops the product runs warm through the afternoon. We clean the condenser, check the charge and the fan, and bring the bowl back to holding temperature through a full banquet service.
- Bowl gasket and shaft seal. A Crathco bowl seals at the gasket where it meets the base and at the shaft behind the auger. When either one hardens the mix leaks down onto the drive and draws air into the pour. We fit a fresh gasket and shaft seal, clean the drive area, and run the unit to confirm the leak is gone.
