  • Cold plate not holding temperature. If the D-series pours warm, the refrigeration is falling behind. We clean the condenser, check the R290 charge on sealed systems, and verify the cold plate is pulling the barrel down to a safe holding temperature. A dusty coil in a hot back kitchen is one of the most common causes we find here.
