- Stuck harvest valve, no ice. When a Hoshizaki cube head runs nonstop but won't drop ice, it's commonly the hot-gas harvest valve hung the wrong way. We isolate the valve, check coil resistance against spec, and fit the OEM valve. We skip aftermarket coils because they fail early on these.
- Prep tables and reach-ins warming up. Hoshizaki prep tables on the taqueria lines lose temp in the rail when the coil ices or the condenser clogs with grease and lint. We carry gaskets, fan motors, defrost timers, relays, and contactors on the truck, so most of these close in one visit.
