- Scale on the KM water circuit. Danville's water runs moderately hard, and the mineral buildup chews through water valves, distribution tubes, and the float on a Hoshizaki head if the descale and filter changes get skipped. On a Hoshizaki that's often a stuck hot-gas harvest valve or a fouled harvest path. We isolate the valve, check coil resistance, and fit OEM parts rather than aftermarket coils that fail early.
- Bar and prep coolers drifting warm. The back-bar and undercounter Hoshizaki units behind the wine bars drift warm from a dirty condenser, a failed evaporator fan motor, or a torn door gasket icing over. We stock contactors, fan motors, relays, gaskets, and common control boards, so most of these get fixed the first trip.
