Ice machines and local water
Contra Costa County water runs moderately hard, and that scale is what kills ice machines here. Thin or cloudy ice, low harvest, long cycles, and slime in the bin all trace back to mineral buildup and dirty water filters. We’re Manitowoc-certified, factory-trained on Indigo NXT modular heads, NEO undercounters, and QuietQube remote condensers (certified to service, not a sales dealer). We also service Hoshizaki and Scotsman as an independent shop. Descale, replace the filter on a schedule, and a machine that was barely keeping up starts producing again.
Sealed systems and refrigerant
We hold EPA #1279674151528 for recovery and handling, and we’re trained on R290 hydrocarbon units, which matters for a lot of newer Atosa and undercounter gear. Sealed-system work, leak repair, recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in are done in-house, not subbed out.
