- Dual-refrigeration units losing a side. The older 600 and 700 cabinets in Gale Ranch and the Dougherty Valley hills lose cooling on one compartment while the other holds. That's a slow sealed-system leak. We read the compressor cycle and suction line, inspect the evaporator behind the kickplate, and recharge in-house after the repair.
- Condenser coil and fan service. On the Classic 36" and 48" built-ins the condenser cakes with dust when cabinet trim chokes the grille. We pull the unit, clean the coil, and check the fan bearings, catching a dry motor before it seizes and overheats the compressor.
- Electronics, door seals, and wine units. Norris Canyon Estates calls run to control boards, magnetic door seals that have quit sealing, and wine units off setpoint. We confirm a board is actually the fault before ordering, square up sagged doors so the gasket seats, and rebuild cooling decks rather than push replacements.
