- Condenser fans and dusty coils. On the Classic 36" and 48" built-ins the condenser cakes with dust when cabinet trim blocks the grille. We pull the unit, clean the coil, and check the fan bearings, catching a dry motor before it seizes and overheats the compressor.
- Wine units near the wineries. Plenty of these estate kitchens have dedicated wine storage, and a wine cabinet that's drifted off setpoint is usually a tired cooling deck or a failed control board. With a collection riding on it, we confirm the fault and rebuild rather than push a replacement.
