The newer self-contained Atosa gear showing up in these kitchens runs R290 propane refrigerant, and we're EPA 608 certified (#1279674151528) and trained on hydrocarbon units for it. Leak repair, recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in are done in-house. Water in the Moraga and Rheem area runs moderately hard, so we check any Atosa undercounter ice plate for scale too.
