The City Center restaurants run bar and beverage compacts, and the newer custom homes in Gale Ranch, Norris Canyon Estates, and the Dougherty Valley hills run wet bars and wine storage.

When one warms up, it's usually a clogged condenser, a failed fan motor, or a tight install cooking the compressor. We carry the parts and close most of these on the first visit.
- Wine units in the hillside homes. Gale Ranch, the Dougherty Valley hills, and Norris Canyon Estates run Summit wine cabinets and wet-bar beverage centers. A dual-zone unit drifting off temp usually needs the cooling deck, a fan motor, or recalibration. We rebuild and dial them in.
- Gaskets and cold controls. Torn door seals frost the box or run it nonstop, and aging thermostats freeze product or never pull down. Both are stocked, truck-side fixes, and since we're based here we can usually get out same day.
