North in Hacienda Business Park and the Stoneridge area, office break rooms and pantries run compact fridges and beverage centers. And the custom homes in Ruby Hill, Vintage Hills, and off Foothill carry wet bars and wine storage.

Boxed into tight cabinetry, they overheat and short-cycle on the overload. Early on it's a relay, overload, and airflow fix. We confirm freestanding versus front-venting built-in first.
- Wine units in the custom homes. Ruby Hill, Vintage Hills, and the Foothill homes run Summit wine cabinets and wet-bar beverage centers. A dual-zone unit that won't hold both temps usually needs the cooling deck, a fan motor, or recalibration. We rebuild and dial them in.
- Gaskets and bar-cooler fan motors. Main Street bar compacts lose door seals fast, and a torn gasket frosts or overworks the box. Evaporator and condenser fan motors pack up with bar-floor grime. We carry both and close most of these the first visit.
