These are kitchens that can't afford a box full of product climbing toward the danger zone during an event. When a Victory unit quits, we'll come look, tell you straight what's wrong, and finish on the first visit when the part's on the truck.

- Reach-in and worktop running warm. In the Plaza and country club kitchens, a Victory reach-in or worktop that won't hold temp is usually a grease-caked condenser, a seized evaporator fan, or a worn gasket. We stock fan motors, gaskets, and controls so most calls close same-visit.
- Prep table rail warming. A Victory prep-table rail warming while the base stays cold traces to airflow, a clogged drain, or a tired evaporator fan. We clear it and replace the part, then set a cleaning interval so it holds through the next banquet.
- Sealed-system repair. Refrigerant leaks and compressor failures we handle in-house with recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in under EPA #1279674151528. On a fifteen-year-old box, we'll tell you honestly whether a new compressor pencils out instead of selling the repair.

Yes. We service the Plaza restaurants, the country club kitchens, and residential Sub-Zero and U-Line in the estates. Blackhawk is a short run from our San Ramon base. -
Are you a Victory dealer?
No. We service Victory as an independent shop with no authorization claim. The only brand we're factory-certified on is Manitowoc ice. -
Why does our ice machine keep quitting out here?
Blackhawk's water is hard, and hard water is what kills ice machines. Scale builds on the evaporator plate, harvest drags, and the bin fills slow. A real descale and water-filter program is cheaper than a new head.
