- Prep tables short-cycling on a busy weekend. In a First Street kitchen running hard, a True prep table that short-cycles usually traces to a failed start component or a torn gasket. We stock both, so most finish the same trip.
- Sealed-system and leak repair. Older True units eventually open a line and bleed off charge. We do recovery, evacuation, and weigh-in in-house under EPA #1279674151528, and we're HC (R290) trained for the newer hydrocarbon boxes. Full rebuilds run up to $4000 with a two-year warranty.
