- EBMUD water and gradual scale. We descale, replace water valves and harvest probes, and set you up on a cleaning interval so it stops surprising you.
- Harvest and water-circuit faults. Prodigy ELITE cubers code on water, harvest, or a sensor. A machine dropping thin cubes or refusing a harvest usually has a failing water inlet valve, a stuck float, or a fouled harvest thermistor. We carry those parts on the truck, so a good share of these get fixed on the first visit.
- Sealed-system work in-house. A Scotsman that short-cycles or won't get cold is a sealed-system call: a refrigerant leak, a dead compressor, or a plugged cap tube. We recover, pull a proper vacuum, and weigh in the charge under EPA #1279674151528. We're R290 trained for the newer self-contained units.
