North in Hacienda Business Park and the Stoneridge area it's office cafeterias, hotel kitchens, and grocery cases. A lot of the smaller spots run Turbo Air gear, including the newer R290 units.
We cover all of it, 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days, dispatched from San Ramon. We service Turbo Air as an independent shop and carry common fan motors, relays, gaskets, thermostats, and start components on the truck, so a lot of these get fixed the same visit.

What we close on the truck.
- Walk-in and reach-in basics that shut a kitchen down. On Main Street it's the boring stuff: a Turbo Air reach-in with a dead condenser fan motor, a torn and sweating door gasket, or a prep table running warm on a clogged drain. We carry the parts and most close the same visit.
- Prep-table coils and condensers. A Turbo Air prep table loses the rail when the coil ices or the condenser packs with grease. We clean it back to spec and clear the defrost so it holds through service.
- R290 sealed-system work. A lot of the smaller Pleasanton kitchens run Turbo Air and Atosa on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. We're trained on it through Mainstream Engineering and hold EPA #1279674151528 under Section 608, so recovery, leak repair, evacuation, and weigh-in are done right.
